Terms and conditions

Version 2026-10-02. These terms are an agreement between the company that opens an office and RJ Strategies, LLC, doing business as PestCMS. Opening an office, checking the consent box, or keeping a staff login after this version is posted is acceptance. Call (877) 378-2416 or email info@pestcms.ai with a question about the agreement.

What PestCMS is, and is not

PestCMS is office software. It is not a pest control company, not a licensed applicator, and not your lawyer, accountant, or insurer. We do not inspect a property, apply a product, or certify a treatment. Your company remains the operator. Licenses, insurance, labels, service reports, 811 tickets, and pesticide use records are your duty. A form in the software does not make a treatment legal.

The plans

The trial is 14 days and does not require a card. Field is $99, Office is $299, and Office + Voice is $399 a month. Calls and texts on your own Twilio account are billed by Twilio. Card charges run through the processor you connect. We are not the bank and we are not Twilio. Their outages, declines, and carrier blocks are not our breach.

Your customers and your staff

You own the customer files you enter. You give us permission to host them so the office can run. You are responsible for what your staff type, send, and sign. You will get consent before you text your customers. You will not use the phone line for unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages. A dispute with your customer, your employee, or a regulator is yours.

No warranty

The software is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that a route will be the fastest, that a report will satisfy a state inspector, that a payment will clear, or that a backup will restore every row. You keep your own copy of the data you cannot afford to lose.

Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RJ Strategies, LLC and its members are not liable for lost profits, lost customers, regulatory fines, treatment claims, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim arising out of the software is the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or $100 if you are on a trial and have paid nothing. This limit applies even if we were advised a loss was possible.

You cover claims that come from your work

You will defend and hold RJ Strategies, LLC harmless from claims by your customers, your staff, a carrier, or a regulator that arise from your treatments, your messages, your licenses, or the data you enter. We will tell you if we receive such a claim.

Texts from PestCMS

Office messages from (877) 378-2416 vary in frequency. That includes a text after you call the demo line (620) 267-8378. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to those texts is not required to buy the software. You must be 18 or older to accept. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data is not shared for third-party marketing.

Closing and disputes

You may stop a trial before it ends. A paid month runs until the period you already paid. We may suspend an office that does not pay, abuses the phone line, or breaks these terms. Arizona law governs this agreement. A dispute is brought in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. If a court will not enforce a sentence, the rest of the agreement still stands.
