Privacy policy
Effective October 2, 2026. Updated October 6, 2026. This policy covers PestCMS, the office system at pestcms.ai, calls on the demo line (620) 267-8378, and texts from (877) 378-2416.
Who we are
PestCMS sells office software to pest control companies. A company on a trial or a paid plan is our customer. The people that company services are their customers, not ours. Call or text (877) 378-2416, or email info@pestcms.ai, with a privacy question.(620) 267-8378 is a voice demo only. It does not send texts.
What we collect
Account details you give us: company name, your name, office phone, city, website, and the email you use to sign in. Billing details if you buy a plan, processed by the card company you connect. Call and text records on the PestCMS number, including the number reached, the time, and the message. Site logs such as browser type and pages opened.
A pest company keeps its own customer files inside its office. Those files are not used to sell another company a list.
Text messages
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We text from (877) 378-2416 about the office you opened: a follow-up after you call the demo line, a trial check-in, a missed call, a document to sign, and account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Opt-out records are kept so we do not text that number again.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records stay while the office is open and as long as tax and bookkeeping rules require after it closes. A phone number that opted out of texts is kept on the suppression list. You can ask us to delete a trial office that never paid.
Who else sees it
Twilio carries the demo calls on (620) 267-8378 and the calls and texts on (877) 378-2416. The card processor you connect charges the card. We do not sell personal information. We share it if a law, a regulator, or a court order requires it.
