A landscaped apartment courtyard in late afternoon light

Apartment communities

Free membership

Apartment managers control the service and the budget.

Residents get a technician when the pests are active. Not on the next weekly or monthly route day.

*Free unless the company requires a compliance vendor. That signup is billed at the exact cost. No markup.

A community manager looking out over the apartment courtyard

You run the property. You run the pest work.

Order one unit today. Set exterior rodent stations every month. Treat the buildings monthly, every other month, quarterly, twice a year, or once a year. The budget stays with the property. You pay for the service you choose.

A resident after a technician finished the visit

Residents are helped while it still matters.

Leasing staff enter the unit and the pest. If there is permission to enter, a technician already working nearby is scheduled. If not, the office confirms a time before anyone is sent. Faster service. Happier residents.

The old model

Sign a weekly or monthly plan, then wait for the next day on the route.

The ants are active today.

What is the point of waiting a week? Would you want to wait as a resident?

No.

Bed bugs do not keep a route day.

If you think you have bed bugs and you are getting bitten, do you want to wait a week to be told you have them, and then schedule the treatment?

No.

Get serviced faster. Happier residents.

How the Apartment A la carte program works

The resident is helped the day they ask. Nothing waits in a logbook.

  1. 01

    The property joins free*

Membership is free. Register the company, then each property on its own. If the company requires a compliance vendor, that signup is billed at the exact cost. No markup.

  2. 02

A widget that belongs only to this property

The leasing office receives a widget for that property and no other. Put it on every desktop and laptop at the desk.

  3. 03

A resident walks in or calls

Staff open the widget. They enter the unit number, the pest, where the pest is, and whether there is permission to enter.

  4. 04

The next service window comes back

Pest A la Carte answers with a date and a service window for the next available technician. Confirm that window with the resident. That is the visit.

  5. 05

It does not sit in a notebook

The confirmation stays on the widget History tab. An email goes to the property with the service and the price. Nobody has to remember to write it in a logbook, and nobody waits another week because it was forgotten.

  6. 06

    The technician already has it

The request goes on the technician's phone and onto that day's schedule. When the visit is finished, the property receives the service report and the invoice.

What a manager can order

Resident calls

German cockroaches, exterior cockroaches, earwigs, scorpions, mice, rats, and other insects. Priced per visit, not as a weekly contract.

Recurring, on your schedule

Exterior rodent stations monthly. Building exteriors monthly through annually. Termite bait, including Sentricon, once a year.

Heat, when a unit must rent

Electric overnight is $600 a unit. Propane for 8 hours is $1,200 a unit. Used for bed bugs, scorpions, and German cockroaches. It clears the indoor pests in that unit.

Quoted after a visit

Pigeons may be trapping, exclusion, or shooting. Bees over 20 feet may need a lift. A nest in a wall is priced after the inspection, including the repair.

Rollout

One licensed provider per state.

Arizona is open. Every other state can register now and is held until a licensed provider is assigned. Each property gets its own widget. As states fill, the program is offered through apartment associations and directly to communities.

Arizona — open

A licensed provider in the state takes the property. The widget belongs only to that community.

Other states — list is open

The company is saved. The first property is added when that state has a provider.

Free membership*

Register the company, then the first property.

An open state is placed with the licensed provider for that state. A state without a provider is held until one is assigned. Add later properties with the company code.

Provider agreement

First property

Membership is free. Each property is its own widget. Compliance cost, if you entered one, is billed back at that exact amount. Arizona law applies to the membership. A licensed provider in your state performs the work.
